Nine App for Android

Nine is an Android App that syncs with Exchange or Outlook.com and provides many MYN functions on your smartphone. Benefits:

  • It allows viewing and entering MYN and 1MTD tasks
  • It has an E-mail module with Category assignments
  • It allows conversion of e-mails to tasks
  • It has Calendar, Contacts, and Notes modules too, and everything syncs with the corresponding modules in Exchange or Outlook.com

TaskTask for iOS has long been my favorite tasks app for the iPhone/iPad used with Exchange or Outlook.com. In its latest version it has instant configuration buttons for MYN and 1MTD.

Preside Mail App for iOS

Preside is a mail app for iOS and Exchange/Outlook.com that allows category assignments and the conversion of e-mails to tasks. It replaces the eMailGanizer app that some of you may have used in past. It has tons of power-user settings and format presets that allow various views of your mail.

Touchdown is a mail app for iOS and Exchange/Outlook.com that has the following benefits:

  • It allows viewing and entering MYN and 1MTD tasks (although it cannot be sorted exactly right for MYN)
  • It has an E-mail module with Category assignments
  • It allows conversion of e-mails to tasks
  • It has Calendar and Contacts modules too, and everything syncs with the corresponding modules in Exchange or Outlook.com

Many MYN users have used it for years and love it.

Field Guide to Outlook Versions

There are a ton of apps for the PC, Mac, and web browser that have the Outlook name. It can get confusing! Well, Microsoft now has a graphic identification page to help you sort out Outlook versions just by examining the top of the main window.
